The Bill (Reg. No.2511) introduces amendments to Clause 20 of the Law "On Public Associations", pursuant to which, the right of the public associations to represent and defend their legitimate interests and legitimate interests of their members (participants) at the State and public bodies also presupposes their right to address a court to protect the rights, liberties and interests of their members.
